Admission to M.Com 1st Semester is based on the merit List prepared by the college as per guidelines by the University and reservation policy of the State Government. The students seeking admission to M.Com 1st Semester will present themselves on the specified dates.

1. The minimum qualification for admission to the First Semester of the Course shall be:

• B.Com./B.B.A./B.Com. (Hons.) with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate

                 OR

•  A graduate with honours in Economics or Mathematics or Statistics or Commerce with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate.

2.     A candidate appeared under semester system for under graduate courses is allowed to take admission under semester system in Post graduate courses, in case of two re-appears in 1st to 6th semester.

3.     The Second Semester examination will be open to a regular student who

• has been on the rolls of college during previous semester
• has attended not less than 75% lectures, case discussions, field trips, project work, etc. for each paper.

4.     The minimum marks to pass the examination in each semester shall be

• 35% in each paper in the examination separately as well as jointly with internal assessment.
• 35% in Seminar, Project and Viva-Voce.
• 50% in the aggregate of (i) and (ii)above.
