Faculties have the most important role to play in shaping the student''''s career, so for the improvement of teaching skills in higher education college encourages the teachers to participate in seminars and workshops and time to time attend orientation and refresher programmes. To foster the knowledge and professional skill of faculty, college organises Faculty Development Programmes time to time. Faculty Development Programme increases faculty''''s enthusiasm, improve their knowledge; rekindle their motivation and dissemination of skills.

The Research and Development Cell of Shree Atam Vallabh Jain College conducted a one-week Faculty Development Programme on the theme “Transforming Teaching – Integrating Pedagogy, Technology & Outcome.” The programme was sponsored by the College Development Council, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The primary objective of this programme was to equip teachers with new teaching methodologies, technology-integration skills, and innovative pedagogical approaches. This initiative aims to enhance classroom engagement, improve students’ learning outcomes, and strengthen overall teaching effectiveness.
